The ADAMANT departed London on 6 November, 1876 and arrived in Wellington on 22 February, 1877, under the command of Captain Thomas Bowling.

ARRIVAL OF THE ADAMANT.

Messrs. Shaw, Saville & Co.'s barque Adamant, from London, arrived off the Heads yesterday afternoon, being 105 days since she landed the pilot off Exmouth. She is under command of Captain T. Bowling, and brings a large general cargo, consigned to Messrs. W. and G. Turnbull & Co. She has no Government immigrants, but there are a number of saloon, second cabin, and steerage passengers on board, whose names will be found below.
